Working Principle and Operational Flow of PTC Water Heaters for New Energy Vehicles

As a result, the cold air in the heated space is transformed into warm air, providing effective heating for the environment.
The PTC water heater operates by using a controller to regulate the amount of heat generated by the PTC element. This heat is then transferred via a heat exchanger to the antifreeze fluid, ultimately raising its temperature.
