Zhengzhou Yusheng Technology's Northern-version Low-Temperature Thermal Management System 2.0 features an integrated "dual-core" design, seamlessly combining both a fuel heater and a PTC electric heater for a more stable and efficient heat source.

The Winter Dilemma of New-Energy Commercial Vehicles

New-energy commercial vehicles, with their advantages such as environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, and cost reduction, are increasingly being applied in fields like logistics transportation and urban public transit. However, when winter arrives, these new-energy commercial vehicles find themselves facing a series of challenges:

★New energy commercial vehicles experience a significant drop in range.

★New Energy Commercial Vehicles Consume Significant Energy When Using Electricity for Heating

★Extended Charging Time for New Energy Commercial Vehicles

★Reduced transportation efficiency, increased operational costs

Take, for instance, a new-energy logistics vehicle originally designed with a range of 300 kilometers. In cold winter conditions, its actual range may drop to around 200 kilometers, forcing drivers to frequently search for charging stations to replenish power. This not only delays delivery schedules but could also disrupt normal operations due to insufficient charging infrastructure.

Taking new-energy buses as another example, during operation, these buses must continuously keep their heating systems running to provide passengers with a warm and comfortable riding environment. Unfortunately, this significantly reduces the vehicles' range, sometimes even making it impossible to complete regular bus route operations, thereby causing inconvenience to urban public transportation.

Facing these challenges of new-energy commercial vehicles in winter, factory-installed fuel-based water-heating heaters have emerged as a highly valuable solution. They effectively address the vehicles' heating issues while reducing reliance on battery power. Additionally, by strategically arranging the piping system, these heaters can help insulate the battery pack, alleviating range anxiety and ultimately enhancing both the winter performance and operational efficiency of new-energy commercial vehicles.

However, fuel-based water heaters also have one drawback: due to the limitations of their operating principle, they need to run for a few minutes after startup before they can begin providing heat. So, how can we effectively save energy while still delivering fast and efficient heating for new-energy commercial vehicles? Zhengzhou Yusheng Technology’s independently developed and designed "Northern-Style Low-Temperature Thermal Management Integrated System 2.0" addresses this challenge, offering both energy efficiency and rapid, high-performance heating for new-energy commercial vehicles.

Northern Edition Low-Temperature Thermal Management Integrated System 2.0: A Unified Dual-"Core" Design

"The Northern-version Low-Temperature Thermal Management Integrated System 2.0" features an integrated dual-"core" design, combining both a fuel heater and a PTC electric heater into one system, delivering a more stable and efficient heat source.

"The Northern Version Low-Temperature Thermal Management Integrated System 2.0" features a highly integrated design, incorporating components such as a fuel-liquid heater, PTC heater, fuel tank, water pump, and filter. It supports both fuel-based and electric operation and is capable of communicating with the entire vehicle system. When the "Northern Version Low-Temperature Thermal Management Integrated System 2.0" is first activated, the PTC heater and fuel-liquid heater can start simultaneously. The PTC heater quickly and efficiently provides an immediate heat source, while once the fuel-liquid heater reaches optimal temperature, the PTC heater automatically shuts down. Meanwhile, the fuel-liquid heater delivers a substantial amount of thermal energy to the vehicle, making it ideal for battery thermal management as well as in-cabin heating applications.

Zhengzhou Yusheng Technology stands apart from other heater manufacturers. Leveraging years of expertise in the R&D and production of fuel-based heaters and PTC heaters, as well as collaborative experience with multiple automotive OEMs, Zhengzhou Yusheng Technology has proactively invested in the development of an integrated low-temperature thermal management system for new-energy commercial vehicles. This initiative enhances the winter performance of these vehicles, paving the way for wider adoption of new-energy commercial vehicles in the frigid northern regions.
